Muzeo

Muzeo actively fosters community engagement through the exploration and celebration of our rich heritage, culture, and arts via innovative programming. The historic Carnegie Building, functioned as Anaheim’s library from 1908 until 1963. As the city expanded and new library facilities emerged in 1978, this building transitioned into a hub for local history and research. In 1984, it was reestablished as the Anaheim Museum, dedicating itself to the acquisition and exhibition of art and artifacts that reflect Anaheim’s vibrant history until Muzeo’s founding in 2007. Muzeo is also home to the Anaheim Historical Society, preserving historical legacies while presenting dynamic exhibits across art, history, contemporary culture, and science.
